Join Harrisonburg 24/7 Family Fitness for the 2nd annual RUN, ROW & REP event on Saturday, October 26 from 9 - 11AM. Proceeds benefit the RMH Foundation to provide free mammograms to local patients in need at the Sentara RMH Funkhouser Women's Center.
Teams of 2-4 members will work together to complete tiers of exercises in order to help with the fight against breast cancer. Please find a listing of the three tier workout options further below.
